How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a fulfillment confirmation email from us. This email will include:

• Your tracking number
• A direct link to track your shipment with the carrier

Simply click the tracking link in your email — or copy your tracking number and visit the carrier's website — to see your shipment's real-time status.

Check Your Order Status

You can also view your order status at any time by visiting your order confirmation page. Click the link in your original order confirmation email, or log in to your account and go to your order history.

Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow up to 7–14 business days for Made To Order Wigs, 3-7 business days for Hair Extensions, and 24 hours for Ready To Ship Wigs & Products for your order to be processed and fulfilled before it ships. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information by email.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes our emails land there.
• Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
• If it has been more than 15 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping notification, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
