SHIPPING TIME MAY BE EXTENDED DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC!

Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.
Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.


THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS


PROCESSING TIME (for Virgin Hair)

1) You pay for your order.
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
3) The Processing period begins. Processing time is 5-10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended 7-14 Business days during a sales period. (More info below)
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (1-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International)

PROCESSING TIME (for Custom Wigs)

Wig Services (Sending Your Bundles) 

If you are sending in your own bundles, hair must be washed, combed, and we do not accept hair tracks that are cut into multiple pieces. (Email me if you need further clarification dasnatchedcollection@gmail.com)


Made to Order Wigs

Custom Wig orders can take up to 7-14 days to process. During this time I am receiving the hair from my trusted vendor and making the wig with my 100% Virgin Hair. After that time is over, the hair is shipped using USPS Priority Mail typically 1-3 days (US Orders)


You Provide the Hair Wigs

Local orders wigs will be completed in 4-10 days. This includes Out of town Wig Orders when I receive your hair and will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail  1-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)


Ready to Ship Wigs

These wig orders ship out same day when order is placed before 5:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays and payment has been fully processed accordingly using USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
  • (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
  • This time does not include the processing period.
  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions & Custom Wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 
  • All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package. 
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
