SHIPPING NOTICE

Shipping times may be extended due to the current pandemic.

Orders over $100 require matching billing and shipping addresses.
Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

Processing Time (Virgin Hair)

1. Your order is placed.
2. You receive an Order Confirmation Email.
3. Processing begins. Standard processing time is 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
   During sales periods, processing may extend to 7-14 business days.
4. Once processing is complete, your shipping label is created.
5. You receive an Order Fulfillment Email with your tracking number.
6. Your order ships via USPS Priority Mail:
   US: 1-3 business days
   International: 6-10 business days

Processing Time (Custom Wigs)

Wig Services (Sending Your Bundles)

If you are mailing in your own bundles, the hair must be washed, fully detangled, and not cut into multiple pieces. For questions, email: dasnatchedcollection@gmail.com

Made-to-Order Wigs

Custom wig orders may take 7-14 days to process. During this time, hair is sourced from the trusted vendor and the wig is constructed using 100% Virgin Hair. Once completed, shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

You Provide the Hair Wigs

Local and out-of-town orders are completed in 4-10 days once your hair is received. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

These ship the same day when ordered before 5:00 PM (excluding weekends and holidays) and payment is fully processed. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

• United States: 1-3 business days (USPS Priority Mail)
• International: 6-10 business days (USPS Priority Mail)

Expect delays during holidays and sales periods.

REFUNDS • RETURNS • CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of this product (hair extensions and custom wigs), items cannot be resold once handled or worn.

• Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase and incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong items.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

All packages include tracking, and USPS updates tracking at every scan point. If you will not be home for delivery, you may request your package be held at your local post office via www.usps.com.
